Summary

This is a per diem - as needed position that will primarily cover the Waldo Anticoagulation Clinic but may be asked to work at Pen bay as well.

Your Role:

Functions as a member of the clinical team performing a supportive role in the delivery of patient care that is safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Education:

Registered Nurse with current Maine license. BSN preferred. License/Certifications:

Registered Nurse with current Maine license. BLS, AED competency. Experience:

Experience in acute care hospital nursing required. Must be self-directed, motivated and highly productive. Excellent computer skills required. Prior experience in outpatient anticoagulation therapy management preferred Will complete Anticoagulation Therapy Management Certification Program within 6 months of hire
