**Job Responsibilities:**

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible to maintain a safe, clean and efficient company facility. Also is responsible for running several supporting functions to insure smooth transition of product flow between departments.

* Maintain a clean warehouse and production yard.

* Unload any delivery trucks, notify responsible partied, and properly label and place equipment and material.

* Ensure that anything leaving the warehouse is signed for and applicable systems are updated.

* Create and maintain warehouse signage and walk space so that employees are aware of location boundaries.

* Responsible to coordinate all building issues with the Operations Manager and Landlord.

* Set-up, move, and maintain all office furniture (desks, chairs, file cabinets, etc.) as directed from OM or Operations Officer.

* Maintain clean common areas including breakrooms, restrooms, conference rooms.

* Maintain the professional appearance of the front of the building, including all walkways, flower beds, lawn areas, and parking lot.

* Turn in all paperwork every day.

* Perform several daily walk-around to ensure proactive maintenance and security.

* Manage trash haul off.

* Implement the shipping and receiving process.

* Do a routine physical inventory check of the warehouse, shop, and trucks.

* Participate in any applicable L10 Meetings.

* Other duties may be assigned.

**Job Requirements:**

* Preferred 2 years working in a similar capacity.

* Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime if needed (and approved).

* Exhibit great interpersonal communication skills.

* Be a detail-oriented thinker.

* Be able to effectively process inventory with a very limited space.

* Maintain a very clean workspace and station.

* Handle incoming priority requests without sacrificing proper warehouse procedures.

* Demonstrated skill in verbal and written communication.

* Fork Lift Certified.

* Ability to successfully pass a background check, driver records check, and drug test.

* Notify departments of any shipments received to warehouse

* Maintain a clean and presentable appearance of the yard and warehouse

* Ensure that all assets and materials are secured per CSI policies
