Skill: Project Manager (ServiceNow Governance)

  • Basic knowledge on IT Service Management Systems, ITIL Processes, Agile Scrum.

  • Minimum 10+ years working with Project Management, ITIL Processes, Agile Scrum Practices.

  • Actively participate in the strategic management of the organization.

  • Shape the overall direction, set goals, and formulate policies that influence the entire operation.

  • Integral to defining the organization’s identity and mission.

  • Provide a brief outlining project requirement.

  • Give feedback and input throughout the process.

  • Effective stakeholder management ensures positive relationships, alignment, and project success.

  • Manage stakeholders’ communication and understand the governance process.

  • Drive the project team to deliver the project and associated benefits.

  • Facilitate meetings effectively to ensure they meet objectives, drive collaboration and result in action.

  • Facilitate the definition of the project scope and the subsequent control.

  • Review, and be responsible for, the overall work effort and deliverables of the project team.

  • Ensures a balance between the powers of organizational leaders and the interests of various stakeholders (including employees, shareholders, and the broader society).

  • Oversees the Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, and Conflict of Interest policies.

  • Ensures project remains aligned with the stated benefits and business unit objectives.

  • Ensures appropriate stakeholder involvement in a project or program.

  • Makes necessary business and directional decisions for escalated items.

  • Monitors status to ensure progress is in accordance with budgets and plans.

  • Resolves executive-level issues.

  • Keeps project management and stakeholders appraised of potential issues, conflicts, and/or synergies with other initiatives.
