Pantry Steward
**Summary**
The Pantry Steward at our Firm will assist in providing Food and Hospitality Services for all occasions throughout the Firm. Working with co?workers to create an operation that is accurate, organized, consistent, on-time and efficient. Setting up, clearing and cleaning conference rooms, pantries and lounge areas. Complete tasks in order to maintain high level of efficiency within the department, with a focus on high quality service.
**Responsibilities**
Maintain and restock pantries and attorney lounges on a regular basis
Interact with firm clients, attorneys, staff and vendors daily
Keep kitchen, pantries, lounge and storage areas in clean and maintain sanitary conditions.
Maintain inventory of all food service supplies; Communicate to supervisor inventory levels as necessary.
Setup, serve and clean?up of conference rooms that require food services.
Clear food service areas of leftovers, discard disposables, return dishes to kitchen, and put away carts and equipment.
Answering incoming calls, placing food orders and taking messages when needed.
Going to the lobby for pick-ups, and ensuring the delivery gets to the proper location
Assist Food Service Manager by running errands to caterers, grocer, florist, bakery.
Comply with new rules and/or regulations as they arise.
Load and run dishwasher
Empty trash several times a day
Report overtime as require
