Responsibilities include but not limited to:Coordinating specimen collection and transfer to appropriate laboratory, monitors and reports test results to provider and patient. Participates in multidisciplinary clinic, tumor conference, and community education. Provides follow-up counseling and resources to patients when needed including referral to community support groups and referral to pertinent research registries. Informs providers and patients of interpretation of test results, risk management, and surveillance guidelines.Coordinates other genetic services as needed.Performs other duties assigned.
