eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator

As the eCommerce Merchandise Specialist, you will be responsible for merchandising our products and promotions on our website.
Ensure the discoverability of products onsite, across the customer journey, working cross-functionality with purchasing and marketing stakeholders to ensure these products are appropriately represented in landing pages, storytelling content and marketing messaging.
Identify on-site opportunities and lead optimization efforts to achieve sales and improve site KPIs
Align with promotional calendar to develop compelling content and storytelling banners, images and pages with help of marketing & content team
Lead execution for all categories and site wide promotions
Lead short and long-term vision for the product category on digital, in conjunction with Merchandise Buyers
Understand the business on what to maintain, emerging trends and opportunities to grow
Analyze weekly and monthly reporting to identify opportunities for the channel as well as communicating key results and opportunities to cross-functional partners
Influence planning decisions through application of Sales and site data. This includes assessment of sales forecasts, customer journey, conversion metrics, profitability goals, growth, and new business opportunities
Qualifications

1+ years of experience in ecommerce platform merchandising or marketing
The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented, flexible, maintain a positive can do attitude and solution oriented
Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and online marketing tactics
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, comfortable communicating across functions and reporting structures
Strong PC skills including Excel (familiar with formulas and comfortable with data manipulation, pivot tables and V-Lookups), PowerPoint, and Outlook with the ability and desire to learn new applications as needed.
Experience with enterprise-level software applications like Netsuite, SAP, and Web Admin similar to Magento or Shopify.
