Patient Access Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly voice that answers phones and assists patients with questions they have
  • Skillfully manage appointments, patient inquiries and registration processes to keep our client's operations running smoothly
  • Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy
  • Work hand-in-hand with various departments to streamline patient flow and swiftly resolve any issues that arise
