The scope of this project is to provide operations training support in the conduct of licensed operator continuing (LOR) and initial license operator training (ILT) programs. Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

      • Implement and presents integrated systems training.
      • Prepare employees for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) initial examinations.
      • Participate in the design and development of operator training
      • Develop, administer written and oral examinations.
      • Revise instructional materials to reflect changes in plant design, current plant practices, regulations, and/or operating philosophies.

The people will be required to be on-site. Both ILT and LOR work 4-10s. ILT is Monday through Thursday, LOR is Tuesday through Friday. Both areas are primarily day shifts, however there are periods where either group will be on nights for several weeks at time.

Requirements:
BWR SRO/SRO Certification
Experienced Operations Instructor (Classroom and Simulator Floor) Greater than 5 Years desired
Experience Operating Plant Reference Simulators
Experience writing NRC style Examinations ( Written, Simulator, JPMs) preferred
Ability to obtain Unescorted Access to a Commercial Nuclear Power Plant.

PD: $1162/week = $166/day X 7 days/week.
