Role and Responsibilities:

  • 💉 Administer IV therapies in home settings, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • 📊 Perform continuous patient assessments, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • 📝 Maintain accurate treatment documentation in EMR, complying with healthcare standards.
  • 🤝 Coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver integrated patient care.
  • 🧰 Manage and maintain infusion equipment with utmost care and precision.
  • 🎓 Educate and support patients and families on infusion treatments and health management.

Qualifications:

  • 🆔 Active AZ nursing license and proven infusion experience.
  • 🧑‍⚕️ Expertise in IV therapy and patient care.
  • ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification is a must.
  • 🚗 Ability to travel locally in Prescott for patient visits.
  • 💻 Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software tools.
