Final Biller/RCD

Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Final Biller. The Final Biller assists the Administrator to prepare and submit billing for patient services.

The Final Biller:

• Verifies scheduling of visit date.
• Verifies receipt of patient care documentation for each visit and date scheduled.
• Verifies number of visits.
• Files and stores all billing notes.
• Performs billing in conjunction with the Corporate Billing Department.
• Maintains billing activity.
• Assists in resolving payroll issues with field staff.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in office management, billing or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing guidelines.
