We have an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk/Receptionist. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Pay $18-$21 per hour. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance available after 60 days. 401(k) with match available after a year. Responsibilities: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone Maintain precise records of all vendor payments Responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices Keep track of all company credit card spending, and make payments on credit accounts Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure proper accounting Research and approve new vendors and create new vendor accounts Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing Backup Cashier for Parts & Service Customers Accounts Receivable duties to be added once trained Bi-lingual a plus
