With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Family Medicine is seeking a board eligible/certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice at Henry Ford Family Medicine - Templin Medical Center, in Wyandotte, Michigan. Currently, this practice has 4 providers (3 physicians and 1 APP). Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed and work exclusively for the Group.Henry Ford Health System, one of the largest and most comprehensive integrated U.S. health care systems, is a national leader in clinical care, research and education. We also have plans for future growth including a new community and health care development surrounding Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.Qualifications - This position will involve outpatient clinical care - Full spectrum primary care.Experience with older adults and complex care a plusWillingness to engage in team-based care including collaboration with case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and other staff for high value care.Opportunity for collaboration, education of medical students, residents, as well as participation in researchWork schedule consists of non-traditional hours. Monday thru Friday including one Saturday per month.Partners with other team members to foster and champion an inclusive workplace culture.Demonstrates a strong commitment to JEDI principles.Must be board certified or eligible in Family MedicineResidency/Fellowship training by an ACGME/AOA accredited program is required
