Will also require some kitchen duties.Requirements/Expectations: Taking resident meal ordersLogging resident intakesLogging food and refrigeration unit temperaturesLogging dish machine temperaturesCleaning and sanitation of dining roomCleaning and sanitation of dish roomCleaning and sanitation of CCDI kitchenetteCleaning duties (including but not limited to dishes, surfaces, floors and removal of trash)Following cleaning and task list for dietary aide positionsAssisting in keeping all food storage areas clean, orderly and items in dateCommunicating with the cook and Dietary Manager on resident's needs and inventory of kitchen productsFollowing food safety rulesFollow kitchen safety rulesPosition reports to: Dietary ManagerWork Environment: Work conducted in clean, well-lit, heated, and ventilated room. Should not involve exposure to communicable diseases and biohazards.
