We are seeking a skilled typist to join our team at Defiance Energy Services, LLC. As a typist, you will be responsible for typing and formatting various documents and correspondence. The ideal candidate will be a fast and accurate typist with excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Type and format various documents and correspondence
- Proofread and check for errors in typed text
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Prepare and distribute documents as directed
- Assist in data entry tasks as needed
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a US based applicant to qualify
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
