POSITION SUMMARY:

Deal assigned to dice game accurately and productively. Offer exceptional customer service to all guests. Maintain detailed knowledge of property events.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Deals dice game as required, depending on training and acquired proficiency, so as to meet client demand, protect game integrity, and allow others to obtain game proficiency, as determined by management.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to players, utilizing the highest degree of technical skill in dealing the game while adhering to established standard policies and procedures.
• Explain aspects of the games to gaming patrons as requested.
• Maintain awareness of property wide events, dining options general property information in order to market the property to guests.
• Retain an understanding of all standards, policies and procedures, including general policies and procedures of the Table Games department; and those particular to each game in which the dealer provides service.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Stand for a standard period of time on varying types of flooring.
• Reach across a table that is waist high to take and pay bets on dice table.
• Deal and understand the dice game and procedures.
• Finger dexterity so as to be able to cut chips on dice game.
• See and count to be able to identify the dice calls.
• Communicate effectively and maintain positive customer relations at all times.
• Provide adequate games protection at all times
• Deal dice as assigned, depending on training, and acquired proficiency, to meet client demand, protect game integrity, and allow others to obtain game proficiency, as determined by management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in dealing and having dice games knowledge.
• Perform basic mathematical functions.

Preferred:

• High School Diploma

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Obtain Nevada Gaming Registration

Alcohol Awareness Card.
