  • Design, development and technical support for maintaining ERP Applications.
  • Understand customer business requirements, perform fit gap analysis, and advise solutions.
  • Prepare technical design and document it for customizations, interfaces, reports, data conversions or integrations required as per business need.
  • Implement, develop technical solutions, prepare unit test cases, system integration testing support, user acceptance testing support.
  • Production support, Defect tracking, perform root cause analysis for defects raised, provide solutions.
  • Prepare deployment instruction documents and deployment support for new deployments.
  • Perform code reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines.
  • Provide support in all phases of SDLC.
  • Conduct end user training when needed and prepare user documentations.
  • Recommend new coding techniques to ensure quality and usability.
