At Spicewood Springs Animal Hospital and Spicewood Springs Cat Hospital, we take pride in our family-like atmosphere and commitment to providing exceptional care to our community's beloved pets. Our well-established practices are located in the scenic Northwest Hills neighborhood in Austin, within minutes of each other. The two practices share doctors and staff, and our commitment to providing advanced medical care is reflected in our state-of-the-art facilities, which are equipped with the newest technology, including laparoscopic tools. Candidate qualifications include, but are not limited to: Ability to communicate seamlessly with fellow veterinary team members and clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a clear understanding of medical information. Possesses an inquiring and inquisitive mind, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in veterinary medicine. Delivers high-quality care with a focus on minimizing patient stress and discomfort, using compassionate and effective techniques to ensure the well-being of our animal companions. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, capable of working diligently and staying focused in a fast-paced and busy veterinary environment. Enjoys working as part of a very supportive, diverse, and inclusive team, contributing positively to the collaborative and positive culture of our practice. Desires full-time employment and is willing to work some weekends, committing to approximately 1 to 2 Saturdays a month for half a day.
