Our client, a leading construction and fabrication company in Little Rock, AR, is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Operator to join their team. As an AutoCAD Operator, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication process by creating accurate and detailed 2D shop drawings using CAD software. This position offers a competitive starting pay and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Drafting: Utilize CAD Software to generate precise 2D shop drawings based on project requirements and specifications.

Verification: Verify shop drawings for accuracy by comparing them with contract documents such as specifications and plans.

Modifications: Make necessary changes and updates to existing shop drawings to reflect revisions or client feedback.

File Management: Maintain organized filing systems and reference libraries for easy access to drawings and project documentation.

Efficiency: Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines and production schedules.

Experience: Have at least one year of work experience using AutoCAD software in a professional setting.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques.

Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise and accurate drawings with a focus on quality and precision.

Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand project requirements.
