Job Description Job Description Hello, Mini-Cassia Care Center in Burley, ID is actively looking to hire a full-time Registered Nurse/LPN for day-shift (5AM-5PM).At Mini-Cassia, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. Really Our guiding motto is leading with integrity, empowering people, delivering outcomes.Job Description:SNF nurses care for geriatric patients who require 24/7 care:Ordering medications, equipment and supplies as prescribed.Preparing and administering treatments/medications as ordered by the physicianNotify the resident's physician and/or family members when there is a change in resident's conditionAdministering professional nursing practice services such as: tube feedings, suction, catheterization, changing of dressings, packs, and irrigations as necessaryContinuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residentsBeing the patient advocate and ensuring that other health care team members are providing care according to the resident's care plan and personal wishesAccurately completing necessary charting as required and in a timely mannerBenefits:Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefitsEmployer-matching 401k retirement programUp to 16 days' paid time off per yearCompany paid Life InsuranceRequirements:Possess a current RN, LPN license in good standingEffectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.Able to make decisions independently when warrantedKnowledge of medical and nursing practices and proceduresThorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care#J-18808-Ljbffr
