What we're looking for

We are looking for a seasoned product-focused engineer to lead a greenfield product launch that is critical to our roadmap. Ideally, you have spent several years at high-growth companies and have led product launches from 0 to 1 and have collaborated closely with product teams to ship world-class products.

What You'll Do

To thrive in this role, you must be an entrepreneurial engineer who enjoys getting into the weeds.
  • Build: Architect, scope, and build core parts of our system from the ground up
  • Lead: Identify and drive new initiatives while mentoring junior engineers
  • Partner: Work closely with problem experts to design elegant, flexible solutions that solve our early clients' problems while being forward-thinking about future use cases
This Could Be a Great Fit If You...
  • Have 7+ years of experience as top engineer building and shipping world class products
  • Expert level knowledge of backend system design
  • Experience working with server-side languages (e.g. Python, Ruby, Java) and web frameworks (e.g. Django, Rails)
  • Have worked in multiple cloud environments, AWS is preferred.
  • Been a technical lead and mentored other engineers on code reviews and best practices.
  • Worked at an early stage startup
  • Desire to be in the office 4-5 days a week to maximize collaboration.
