Pango Is always on the lookout for talented IT consultants to join our team. We employee smart, creative, and hardworking Programmer Analysts to identify and implement high quality IT solutions for our customers.

Programmer Analysts have experience developing custom software, creating enterprise integrations, developing business intelligence solutions, and helping customers identify and implement the right software solution. Programmer Analysts are also comfortable gathering and documenting business requirements and working with stakeholder to clearly understand business processes.

The Programmer Analyst is conversant in a wide variety of technologies including .NET, AngularJS, or React, and is comfortable with a variety of development tools such as SharePoint or SQL Server. Candidates with a strong background in database design and SQL programming are preferred. The Programmer Analyst will have proven business analysis experience in a variety of commercial and government settings. More senior Programmer Analysts may also lead small teams of other software professionals. All Programmer Analysts work closely with customer stakeholders and IT staff, other contractors, and vendors.

Required skills/experience:

  • Proven back-end development experience with an emphasis on .NET / C#.
  • Proven front-end development experience using JavaScript-based frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Demonstrated experience with database design, SQL programming, and reporting.
  • Business analysis experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
