What does an Internet Sales Coordinator at Hoffman Auto Group do?
Role Purpose
Coordinate vehicle sales opportunities through proper handling of virtual communications. Support customers and Brand Specialists throughout the sales process. Contact current and potential customers regarding special sales campaigns and offers. Provide excellent customer service to customers on site.
Leadership
This role does not manage others.
Core Accountabilities
Greet customers visiting the showroom and assist customers by answering questions and identifying their specific needs and preferences.
Coordinate and facilitate the sales process for customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Manage online leads and inquiries, responding promptly to potential customers through a variety of platforms and systems.
Answer all sales calls ensuring accurate recording of activity in CRM. Enter complete and accurate customer information and interaction notes into CRM.
Support Brand Specialists by conducting long-term and short-term follow-up for internet leads, sales calls and floor-ups when needed to meet and exceed sales targets.
Complete sales technique, lead management software & vehicle product knowledge training.
Schedule customer appointments and test-drives.
Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing activities to boost sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and customer interactions.
Competencies and Qualifications
High School Diploma
1-2 years’ experience in the automotive industry or customer service/sales orientated environment preferred.
Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
