By embracing these values,we aim to create an innovative and inclusive culture that positively impactseach resident and employee.Brookstone Estates of Effingham is seeking a Activity Director to join our teamResponsibilities:Leads the Activity team through each activity and event, offering hands-on guidance andsupportDesigns and facilitates high-qualityrecreational and social programs, promoting active participation fromresidents, family members, employees, and local communityDevelops and implements a monthly activitiescalendar, thoughtfully tailored to meet the diverse abilities and preferencesof each resident, while documenting participation and progressOversees the budget and implementation of acost-effective activities program, including managing an inventory list ofequipment and supplies and maximizing resources availableTakes the wheel in managing our Communitytransportation program, including driving our company van on organized outingsFosters empowerment and engagement bycoordinating the Resident CouncilContinuously assesses the activity programimpact, making adjustments as needed to ensure the evolving needs and interestsof our residents are consistently metCoordinates our Community newsletter as aresource for resident connection and information; reflecting our mission andcore values of love, compassion, and dignityQualifications:High school graduate or GED equivalentValid driver's license with driving record ingood standing per insurance vendorPrior activities/life enrichment experience in ahealthcare settingStrong organizational and time-managementabilitiesMust possess leadership skills and the readinessto mentor, motivate, and inspireDemonstrates exceptional communication andinterpersonal skillsBenefits & Beyond:Growth opportunitiesSelf-service payroll (PayCom)Medical, dental, and vision benefit packagesavailableDaily payWork-life balance | Paid Time Off401(k) employer match biweeklyEAP & Maven family planning programGardant Management Solutions proudly oversees the operationsof this Community.
