Remote Customer Service/Phone Support
This is a 1-year renewable contract - long term support position working remotely. Candidates will be provided the equipment to perform the job but will need to have their own high-speed internet.
Hours: M-F - 8am-5pm
Pay starts at $18/hr - we offer discounted health/dental after 90days and 401k matching with quarterly sign ups. This is hourly only.

Job Duties Include:
  1. Providing customer service/phone support.
  2. Calling the client stores, coordinating and updating them on IT equipment being shipped, arranging for old equipment or damaged equipment to be shipped back.
  3. Working with Fed Ex or other shipping applications/shipping.
  4. Must have good computer and typing skills.
  5. Experience working with MS Office daily, Excel, Word, Outlook creating professional emails and documenting orders and tracking.
  6. Participate with MS Teams for meetings or updates with management as needed.
  7. Must have strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  8. Candidates need to be able to follow the work schedule, be reliable, follow directions, and company policies.
  9. Must be multi-task oriented, self-starter and be willing to help in other areas as needed.
