Description

Human Resources Coordinator

Premier is a growing dynamic and vertically integrated aviation services company based in Stuart, Florida. We are committed to safety and providing an industry-leading customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages new employee orientation and on-boarding

• Explains and provides information on employee benefits, assists with employee enrollment

• Assists with HR compliance

• Maintains employee files, records and paperwork

• Assists with editing manuals, employee handbook, job descriptions and policies

• Represents employer in community and recruiting events

• Answer general employee questions including employee safety, welfare, wellness, etc.

• Assist leadership team with special projects

• Facilitate additional duties as required

Requirements

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College degree preferred

• 2 years of experience in human resources

• Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal relationship building

• Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resource compliance regulations and guidelines

• Proficiency in Paylocity software, Microsoft products and demonstrates skills in database management and record keeping

• Organized and efficient in daily tasks

• General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
