Position: Workers' Compensation Attorney

Role Responsibilities:

• Advocate for injured workers throughout the New York State Workers' Compensation claim process.

• Offer comprehensive legal support to our clients, guiding them toward fair compensation.

• Manage legal documentation, and represent clients effectively in hearings and negotiations.

• Keep abreast of evolving laws and regulations within the workers' compensation sphere in New York State.

What We're Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice in New York State, or capable of obtaining licensure promptly.

• A demonstrated interest in workers' compensation law for recent graduates; a solid track record in workers' compensation or related fields for experienced attorneys.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

• A resolute commitment to advocating for workers' rights.
