LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Indiana State Department of Health Diagnostic X-ray machine operator's certificate.
Registered by the American Registry of American Radiologic Technologist, ARRT.
CPR.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Graduate of accredited program of Radiologic Technology.
