Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role, working on software development or technology projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather requirements and drive consensus.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques, such as use case modeling, user stories, and process flows.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and notation (BPMN) or similar modeling languages.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Experience with business analysis software tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Enterprise Architect.
- Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and domains specific to the industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce) is a plus.
