Must have
Working experience in Genesys Cloud contact center platform
Experience working with Division, Queue, Schedule, Scheduled Groups, Call Routing and DID Management
Experience working with Trunks, Site, Telephony and BYOC (Bring your own carrier)
Deep understanding on Architect Call Flow and In-queue Call Flow, user prompt and system prompt.
Experience working with Site & Location configuration in Genesys Cloud
Experience working with People, Roles & Permissions and WebRTC
Technical Skills
Experience in Email, Messaging, Chat Routing, architect call flow and associated in-queue call flow.
Custom reporting development knowledge
Should be able to generate solution-based management and automation of cloud provisioning tasks, customer support and administration of Managed Cloud Environments (MCEs), workflow and tools development, cloud architecture, and service administration.
Configure and manage MLPs Virtual Network in Genesys PureCloud, establish our core services in the VNET, enable Genesys PureCloud to serve as a part of MLPAs network. Develop scripts to automate the deployment of resource stacks and associated configurations. Utilize native Genesys PureCloud services to meet the technology and resiliency requirements.
Lead design process for network connectivity to Genesys PureCloud. Extend MLP standard systems management processes into the cloud including change, incident, and problem management.
