We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join an esteemed mid-size legal practice. As an Insurance Defense Attorney you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging cases, representing clients in legal proceedings. LOCATION : Oklahoma City OR Tulsa (Hybrid)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Handle a diverse caseload of Commercial Insurance Defense matters within various legal verticals Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations. Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to build a strong defense case. Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.

REQUIREMENTS : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Oklahoma state bar association. Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience. Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
