Contract Position

Looking for ITAR candidate

Required skillset:
1. Primary: ZScaler-ZPA, ZIA- Zscaler Internet Access
2. Secondary: Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ASA, Cloudflare WAF, Zscaler Internet Access. Cisco Client and RSA Secure ID

Job Summary:
• Graduate with minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in cyber security support in the technology areas like Firewall Management, Proxy/URL Filtering, IDS/IPS, WAF
• Hands on product administration/management/L3/L4 level troubleshooting/reporting - ZScaler-ZPA, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, Cloudflare WAF, Zscaler Internet Access. Cisco Client and RSA Secure ID
• Make sure candidate has implemented ZPA projects experience.
• Desired Process Certifications: ITIL V3 foundation
• Preferred Technology Certifications: CCNA, CCNA Security, CCSP, Palo Alto (ACE), Palo Alto (PCNSE) / similar

• Ability to hold the team in technical front during issues

1.3 Key Technical Deliverables:
• Firewalls:
o Basic firewall requests/incidents/changes
o Create/modify firewall Rules
o Adding IP & services to the group
o Pushing firewall rules
o Troubleshooting connectivity related issues
o Version upgrade/patching firewall devices
o HA troubleshooting of firewall
o Major issue handling and critical/emergency changes
• Zscaler:
o Install and configure the required policies
o Critical threat management and mitigation
o Device provisioning and deployment
o Advanced analysis of traffic performance issues
o Troubleshooting application related issues
o Triaging with vendor to isolate the issue
o Major issue handling and critical/emergency changes
• Cisco Client
o Install and configure the Client device
o Install the patches
o Experience in posture, TACACS configuration and troubleshooting
• RSA Secure ID
o Able to identify the issue when token assignment is not working
o Experience in the configuration of Radius profiles
