Many times candidates with TPF/zTPF experience have applications programmer experience and not systems programmer experience. We need systems programmer for these positions.

In the details below, I say "x" years, "y" years, or "z" years of experience and they'd normally be in the 15-20 year range. I've stopped putting numbers in to these requirements to prevent excluding someone with 5-10 years that would still be a great fit for our customer needs.

Job Description
This role performs installs, moves, adds, changes, problem determination, maintenance, and repairs for the zTPF operating system, zTPF/DF, and related ISV vendor products. 24x7 pager support is required. Weekend and evening/night hours are also required to support scheduled change implementations.
