WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for candidates with a current PA state licensed cosmetologist or esthetician with a passion to learn and grow, and has a strong "Client Service" mindset. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. Values being a team player & a contributor to our positive environment. Having patience, persistence, a desire to learn and improve, and enjoying communicating with guests are keys to success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learning and being certified in The Lash Lounge Method of Lashing
- Providing superior customer service experience
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license in Pennsylvania
- Customer service focused; building relationships with clients
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings

Compensacin: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
