Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) or Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- General knowledge in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing fields/industry
- Experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad, Revizto, Sketchup Pro, Bluebeam
- Knowledge of construction management issues
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Architecture, Construction Management, or closely related field.
Plusses:
- Lumion (visualizations/rendering)
- Adobe Suite (visualizations)
- Trimble Realworks (Laser scanning software)
- Fuzor (has been used in the past, license is currently expired but is for 4D visuals)
Day to Day:
Seeking a growth-oriented engineer to manage the planning, visualization, and computer modeling of building projects. They will work closely with project executives, superintendents, project managers, engineers, BIM modelers, architects, and clients to create a cohesive construction plan and support field operations. They will leverage digital tools and technologies to create virtual models of buildings and infrastructure projects.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Compensation: $30hr to $39hr
