We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Precision Medications Specialist to join our team.Position Summary: As a Phamacy Technician, you will play a critical role in our mission to personalize patient care by optimizing medication therapy. You will work closely with our pharmacists, healthcare providers, and patients to ensure that medications are customized to meet individual patient requirements. Your attention to detail, empathy, and pharmaceutical expertise will be essential in helping patients achieve optimal health outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Medication Review and Personalization: Conduct thorough medication reviews for patients, considering their medical history, allergies, and individual needs.
