We are currently seeking Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and assisting nurses in delivering high-quality healthcare services. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Take and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Help to feed and assist patients with their meals.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
  • Assist in transferring and positioning patients safely and comfortably.
  • Observe patients' conditions and report any changes to the nurses.
  • Clean and maintain patient rooms and equipment.
  • Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
  • Valid Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Empathy and compassion towards patients.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
