We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong Excel skills and a solid foundation in logical and critical thinking. The successful candidate will possess excellent written communication skills and the ability to express ideas or complex issues clearly and concisely. Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role, and exposure to VB is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with R and R Studio is strongly preferred , as it will be an advantage in performing advanced statistical analysis and data visualization tasks. As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making and support our company's objectives.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis and manipulation tasks using Excel, VBA, and R.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based models, spreadsheets, and tools to streamline data processing and reporting.
  • Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize VBA to automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance data workflows.
  • pply statistical techniques and conduct exploratory data analysis using R.
  • Generate meaningful insights and visualizations from data using R and R Studio.
  • Create clear and concise reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and conditional formatting.
  • Hands-on experience with VBA for Excel, including creating macros, custom functions, and automation scripts.
  • Exposure to R programming and working knowledge of R Studio.
  • Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis techniques.
