Overview:

Reporting to the Vice President, Chief Counsel Labor & Employment, the Associate General Counsel Labor & Employment - serves as a key member of the Hertz Legal Department and its global Labor & Employment practice group and is a trusted partner to Hertzs senior executives and other leaders around the globe. The candidate will provide risk-based legal counsel and guidance on global labor and employment law matters, including ERISA.

Experience:

The successful candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney with subject matter expertise in complex labor and employment issues. Experience working on international labor and employment law matters, counseling on legal issues associated with global compensation and benefits, and a strong willingness to invest time to expand their knowledge of this space. Experience working in a unionized environment is preferred.

Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
