Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and possess excellent clinical skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility alongside a supportive team of dental professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations to assess the oral health of patients.
  • Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and diseases.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuing education.
  • Uphold the practice's standards of patient care, professionalism, and ethics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive patient relationships.
Requirements:
  • DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active dental license in the state of Florida.
  • Proven experience working as a dentist, preferably in a private practice setting.
  • Proficiency in performing common dental procedures with precision and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to comply with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
