Join a dynamic company in the electronics industry, located in Moorpark, CA, as a Mechanical Assembly Technician. We are currently expanding our team and offering a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities:

  • Assembling both simple and complex assemblies.
  • Setting up machines used in the department.
  • Conducting visual inspections of parts.
  • Marking parts through electro-etching, dot peening, and laser etching.
  • Packaging parts according to specifications.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Desirable Experience, Capabilities, and Success Factors:

  • Manufacturing/Assembly experience is a plus.
  • Team Player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
  • Capability to lift 15-20 pounds.
  • Comfortable sitting or standing for 1-2 hour periods.
  • Ability to communicate positively with both employees and management.
