**Description**

Will assist with the supervision of employees and volunteers. Will assist with assigning work schedules and proper staffing Will maintain an attractive store, assisting with and assigning appropriate daily cleaning and stocking. Will assist the store manager with training of employees and volunteers regarding policies, procedures, and daily work assignments. Will assist with and be responsible for store security, banking functions, IT, register operations and sales reports. Will assist the store manager with employee evaluations. time clock issues, and time off requests. Will assist with, and be responsible for outstanding customer service both in the community and in person, providing prompt and courteous service. Will make recommendations to the store manager and the commanding officers regarding changes, modifications, needed repairs, advertising, and sales promotions. Will assist with the training of workers regarding all safety rules and regulations. Will perform duties as required and/or assigned by the store manager, thrift operations director, and/or the commanding officers. Other duties as assigned. This position should not be interpreted as all inclusive. It is intended to identify major responsibilities and requirements of the position. The incumbent may be requested to perform job-related responsibilities and tasks other than those stated in this position statement.
