Work we perform

  • Flat roofs - TPO, EPDM, Modified, Built-up (BUR)
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Sheet metal roofing, flashing, gutters, downspouts, soffit, fascia, cladding, and shop fabrication
  • Siding / exteriors and rough carpentry

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with new and existing customers about repair and warranty needs.
  • Diagnose customer concerns and offer a resolution.
  • Supervise crew ensuring that scope of work is completed while safety plan is followed.
  • Complete repair tickets in writing and explain to customers.
  • Supervise commercial roofing projects.
  • Drive company truck to work sites.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a residential/commercial roofer.
  • A minimum of 2 years supervising a roofing crew.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills; and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • High school diploma or higher education
  • CDL License preferred.
