Infusion Pharmacist

Pride Health is hiring for an Infusion Pharmacist for a client in Columbia, MD (Contract)

Schedule: Mon-Fri Day Shift (10am-6:30pm) negotiable start time

Contract: 5 month contract

Pay Rate: $73-76/hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Clinical management of patient care monitoring
• Performing ongoing clinical assessments to meet accreditation requirements
• Standard prescription processing for IV Medications
• Calculating dosing for therapeutic narrow margined therapies
• Medication Reconciliation

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacist License
• 2 to 3 years or more experience in the clinical management of patient therapy
• Experience in clinical management of patient care hospital, long term care and home infusion preferred, experience with IV Dispensing Data program
• Experience in Micro Office Suite
