: Daily census and payer type tracking, including use of MITS and Mycare Ohio portal. Insurance verification for all payer types: Medicare, Medicaid, Mycare, Managed Care, etc. Billing, follow up and collections for Private Pay, and Medicaid (including Mycare Medicaid plans), Medicare Replacement and Commercial insurance. Use of insurance portals, navinet, optum, provider gateway, mns, caresource, and availity Assisting families and residents with Medicaid application process and follow through. Accurate and timely posting and tracking of cash receipts including importing electronic payment files and uploading electronic EOBs, ancillaries, and month end procedures.
