**Company Driver**

Field Operations Farmington , Connecticut Minimum Experience **Mid-level** Compensation **Range depends on Experience** KBE is looking for a driver to operate a company vehicle to transport passengers (associates and/or management staff) for the company. As a company driver, you must have a safe driving record and follow all state and national driving laws, rules, and regulations.

In this position, it is essential that the driver meet driving deadlines and meeting times. The driver will be expected to follow prearranged routes to destinations or use maps and GPS to navigate routes. They will be also be expected to maintain the company vehicle and ensure upkeep and cleanliness such as regular car washes and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

* Practice safe driving habits

* Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards

* Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions

* Keep exterior of vehicle clean and presentable at all times, ensuring that windows, windshields, mirrors and body of car are cleaned

* Keep interior of vehicle clean of debris and clutter

* Maintain vehicle equipment; replace oil, fill gas tank, perform general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety

* Track and submit travel receipts on a timely basis

* Complete documentation such as logs, mileage, or passenger reports

* Follow schedules, rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion

* Pay tolls when and if required

* Inform the company of any accidents or vehicle damage as soon as they occur

* Maintain company confidentiality. Driver will be privy to conversations which may include company business and private information

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Demonstrate safe driving practices

* Able to follow verbal directions, read maps, follow GPS

* Able to work well alone

* Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties

* Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines overnights may be required

* Excellent time management skills

* Able to assist passengers when needed

* Focused on customer service

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record

* Must be able to pass criminal background check

* Physically able to lift and carry object up from 30 to 50 pounds

* Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during daily routine

* Previous professional experience driving preferred

* Able to work night, weekends, and holidays as needed
