(i) with a minimum of 3 plus years practicing law specializing in litigation with a minimum of 1 year specifically in commercial/business litigation in New York or New Jersey

(ii) a recent law school graduate with zero to 3 years with classroom subject matter experience, internship/law firm subject matter experience and/or a strong interest in litigation regarding business-related disputes.
