**Equipment Operator/Laborer - Asphalt Paving Crew**

EBY Paving & Construction is seeking an Equipment Operator/Laborer for their asphalt paving crew.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Be a team player and willing to do whatever is necessary to complete projects on-time and under budget.

+ Work in a fast-paced, highly productive, labor-intensive environment.

+ Produce work of only the highest quality.

+ Abide by all safety rules and regulations.

+ Operate all types of heavy equipment necessary to complete projects.

+ When not operating equipment, perform all other tasks necessary to complete the job.

+ Ability to take direction and work independently or as a team.

+ Must be willing to work 40 60 hours per week, in all types of weather, and some weekends.

**Work Qualifications and Skills:**

+ At least three years of experience in residential and commercial construction.

+ At least three years of experience operating equipment such as: asphalt paver, skid steer, grader, roller, vibratory plates, etc.

+ At least three years of experience working on an asphalt paving crew.
