Job Title: Central Receiving Clerk

Shift: 1st Shift

Scheduled Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate: *$17.75 (*Includes Attendance Incentive)

Pay Class: Class III

Central Receiving Clerk (CRC) Responsibilities: The CRC's duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Receive, sign for and process all deliveries received at the plant. Ensure that the shipments are inspected, verify that the items received match the packaging slips, and sort the items received by intended recipient. The CRC is responsible for notifying the applicable department to collect the inbound items and/or deliver items to recipients as applicable. Unload trucks. Reject damaged items, records shortages, and communicates issues with stakeholders. Process Returns. Keep up with invoices to make sure orders are correct. Maintain records of orders, delivery details, etc. Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas. Updating inventory with received items. Keys information into computer /SAP. Various duties in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Communicating with OK Foods Procurement and vendors regarding delays or problems. Licensed operation of a forklift and electric pallet jack. All other duties assigned. Comply with all plant safety and food safety policies and guidelines. This is a safety sensitive position.
