Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, LLP is looking for an attorney to join its growing Minnesota office. Candidates should have a working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure, and excellent writing skills. Previous litigation and/or experience with contract, M&A, or business formation is preferred. Valid Minnesota BAR license required.

The attorney in this role will assist with the day-to-day aspects of litigation cases, including client meetings, reporting and investigation, taking and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations and/or trials; as well as transactional work such as document review, contract drafting and interpretation, and policy drafting and counseling.
