ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.Implement and monitor patient care plans.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.Additional PreferencesWeekend Option RN must have a minimum of one year hospital experience in the specialty for which they are applying and are eligible for full-time benefits.Why Join Our TeamAscension Saint Agnes in Baltimore, Maryland operates a full-service, 254-bed teaching hospital, the Ascension Saint Agnes Medical Group, Ascension Saint Agnes Imaging Center and Ascension Saint Agnes Foundation.
